Can I still use my logging program?

YES! The Polar Explorer interfaces with your station transceiver via it's CAT port. So how can you connect a PC logging program? The Polar Explorer provides a second CAT port that connects to your PC. Your PC logging program still 'sees' your transceiver as it always has! Any commands the PC sends to the transceiver are transferred automatically by The Polar Explorer, and your transceiver's responses are sent back the the PC. Your PC logging program can still get frequency and mode information from you transceiver, and control it's frequency and mode directly, as before. The Polar Explorer automatically follows these changes - ready to transmit on the correct frequency.
